The Fundraising Manager post is a role for someone with two years’ experience, or more, of charity sector fundraising. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, creative thinker to increase our community fundraising, non-pharma corporate and small grant income streams.
Working closely with senior staff including the CEO, Communications Manager and our team of Voluntary Grant Fundraisers, you will help shape and deliver an innovative fundraising strategy. This is a significant role within the leadership team and includes management of one junior staff member.
The role is office and/or home based. Achievement of targets is rewarded annually through our Performance Related Pay scheme.
