Before booking there are a few conditions we need you to agree to, which mean we can keep this service as cheap as possible for our customers. "I’ve read and agree to abide by Alex TLC's House Clearance Conditions" (see below)

We will let you know what we can and can’t take during the assessment visit, however please be aware these conditions.

All Alex TLC House Clearance Service customers must:

Bag any loose items and/or rubbish
Dismantle any flat pack furniture suitable for resale
Disconnect any appliances from gas, electricity or
water supplies

Alex TLC staff will not:

Remove fitted carpets or flooring
Remove fitted furniture
Clean or sweep up

Alex TLC staff will not clear:

Oil, chemical or medical waste
Explosives/ammunition/weapons
Petrol/fuel/petrol machinery
Gas compressed bottles
Building materials
